Aecovi is defined as a second level co-operative that brings together four co-operatives of the Marco de Jerez, known as the Sherry Triangle. But Aecovi is much more than just a co-operative: it is committed to respecting the vineyards as well as the men and women who have work the lands in the Cadiz province.

It is also committed to creating wines by using the most traditional methods that benefit from the most modern and innovative grape-producing and wine-making practices, while remaining committed to sustainability by employing environmentally friendly practices and products.
