Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions are specific to Wholesale and apply in addition to our general Terms and Privacy Policy.

ORDER TERMS

ACCOUNT LOGIN

Wholesale pricing on our website is password protected and will only be viewable after sign-in. You shall use your best efforts to prevent access to this Site through your Username and Password by anyone other than yourself. You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. You shall immediately notify Olive Oil Lovers of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threatened breach of this site's security.

ORDER MINIMUMS

All first-time customers are subject to a $500 Minimum First Order. Subsequent order minimum is one full case. 

PRICING POLICY

Customers agree to follow our Wholesale & Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy/Agreement (MAP) in order to maintain a fair retail market and brand integrity.

FULFILLMENT

When you place an order from our Wholesale catalog, please allow 2- 5 business days for order fulfillment before shipping. For orders from our Bulk catalog, please allow up to 2 weeks lead time for packing orders. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose.

  • UPS Ground: 1 - 6 Business Days
  • UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days
  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
  • USPS Priority: 1-2 Business Days
  • LTL Freight: 3-8 Business Days

Olive Oil Lovers prides itself in providing a high fill rate with our orders, however, at times orders may be placed with insufficient quantities available for fulfillment. In these situations, customer service will immediately contact the customer to offer all available options including short shipping, substitution for similar items and refunding of payment.

SHIPPING AND DAMAGES

Olive Oil Lovers subcontracts all deliveries with third party delivery services. Because delivery services are provided by third party contractors, Olive Oil Lovers cannot refund delivery charges.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, distance traveled and type of shipping service you specify (ground, next day, second day, LTL Freight).

All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Smaller orders will be sent USPS or UPS, and larger orders sent by LTL Ground Freight with appointment. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. For deliveries shipped by LTL freight to non-commercial locations, such as a residential home, orders are delivered only to the customer’s curbside.

It will be the customer's responsibility for extra shipping services, as well as any charges that would be incurred which include, but are not limited to, residential deliveries, limited access, inside deliveries, missed deliveries, re-deliveries or detention fees (driver waiting more than 15 minutes). Residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge. If a lift gate is needed, please select option on the shipping options page. Please call to set up any other extra services needed. Additional fees accrued during shipping (example, not choosing liftgate when one is needed upon delivery) may result in account suspension until the balance due is paid.

Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. Claims for damages or missing product during transit must be immediately noted on the Bill of Lading when signing for shipment upon receipt of product. Additionally, Olive Oil Lovers must be notified by e-mail within 48 hours in order to make a claim for compensation or replacement by Olive Oil Lovers. Any claims for damages or missing products not noted on the Bill of Lading are the responsibility of the receiving party and will not be honored by Olive Oil Lovers.

COLLECT SHIPMENTS

Olive Oil Lovers does offer on-site pickup for orders placed online at checkout. Pickup time and date must be organized with Olive Oil Lover’s customer service to allow adequate time to prepare the order.

Please note that customer is responsible for order tracking once freight has been loaded onto truck. Additionally, Olive Oil Lovers cannot assist you with filing damage claims with your carrier.
