A step beyond organic farming, "Theodosia" extra virgin olive oil is a testament to the artistry of homeopathic farming. Cold-extracted from 100% Koroneiki olives trees that grow amongst the craggy slopes of Kastelos, in the region of Malavra in north-eastern Crete, this oil is an ode to the olive fruit’s ancient homeland. It is here that the world’s first homeopathic olive cultivation began.

Activated soil and tree care, combined with natural disease management, converge in this rare olive oil that has fragrant aromas of green apple, almond and chamomile with pronounced flavors of artichoke and endive.
