Description
A very complex and harmonious extra virgin olive oil, with the scent of green almond prevailing on the nose, accompanied by hints of artichoke stem, tomato leaf, and officinal herbs. The taste is very balanced, with bitter and spicy notes that are in harmony with each other, and hints of wild chicory and bitter almond.
