Llàgrimes del Canigó Oli del Raig is a rare, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from 100% early-harvest Argudell olives grown along the Costa Brava in Catalonia, Spain.

Argudell is one of Catalonia's rarest native varieties — ancient, local, and grown in limited quantities by small dedicated producers in the region. Harvested early in the season at peak green ripeness, this Novello expression delivers the variety's most vivid character: chamomile blossom and fresh banana on the nose, softened by delicate honey warmth, with artichoke and green apple depth and a pleasantly peppery close on the palate.

Best enjoyed raw: drizzle over green salads, grilled fish, or soft cheese — or use as a dipping oil with fresh bread to appreciate the Argudell variety at its seasonal best.
