This exquisite early harvest extra virgin olive oil is produced from handpicked green Trilye variety olives grown in the NovaVera groves of Turkey's Manisa Salihli region at an altitude of 600m. The typical aroma and flavor notes of this oil are fresh grass, artichoke, tomato leaves, arugula and green fresh herbs.
