Nobleza del Sur Tradicion 1640 Picual (Free Sample)

This early harvest Picual extra virgin olive oil is from olives grown exclusively in Nobleza del Sur's Vista Alegre grove. The medium fruity oil has a clean and fresh aroma, both fruity and herbaceous, with notes of olive leaf, wheatgrass, lavender and tomato alongside notes of banana, apple and green almond. On the palate expect exquisite balance with a sweet entry, a slight bitterness on the tongue, and a moderate spicy finish. Excellent with a variety of meats and fish, as well as for making sauces. Try also with hard cheeses or chocolate ice cream.
