This organic extra virgin olive oil is made from 100% Picual olives that are hand-harvested in October and cold-extracted within four hours to preserve freshness, aroma, and flavor.
The oil is unfiltered and produced without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
It opens with vibrant notes of green banana peel, apple, almond, fresh grass, and tomato leaf. On the palate, it is structured and complex, with a balanced interplay of bitterness and spice that defines the Picual variety.
