Mandranova Nuovo is produced from olives grown exclusively on the Mandranova farm in Sicily and picked in September at the start of each harvest season. This early harvest blend of mixed cultivars creates a medium fruity oil with hints of green olive, grass and tomato. In the mouth you'll find a robust oil with balanced bitterness and a strong, spicy finish. To preserve the sensations the producers discover when tasting in the mill, the oil is bottled immediately after harvest.
