An AOP Certified oil carefully crafted from five organically grown olive varieties of Southern France: Béruguette, Bouteillan, Grossane, Salonenque, and Picholine. The oil has aromas of freshly cut grass with a slight peppery finish and is perfect with burrata, green vegetables, fresh garden salad or grilled white meats.
