Harvested in October from 100% Non-GMO Project Verified Arbequina olives, native to the region of Lleida, Spain, with certification under PDO Les Garrigues, the production requires strict controls that help produce excellent quality oils. This oil is fruit forward with flavors and aromas suggestive of tomato, almond, and apple, and then finishes with slight tingle in the throat. A wonderful cooking oil, it’s also excellent with salads and for drizzling over bread and tomato.
