With the help of master smokers, the producers at Olio Guglielmi studied a recipe for a smoked oil that did not drastically change the identity of the original oil. The smoking process exclusively uses wood from sustainable forests and non-genetically modified trees, giving the aromas of apple and almond an additional caramelized note. Arso Olio Affumicato has a pleasant and enveloping aroma to give dishes new flavors, making the oil ideal for raw use on all types of meat and fish, salad dressings and preparation of sauces, as well as on cheeses and vegetables.
