Sicilian black olive paté made from local Tonda Iblea and Nocellara del Belice variety olives combined with Frantoi Cutrera’s Gran Cru Tonda Iblea extra virgin olive oil, Sicilian red garlic, Hyblaean oregano, parsley, chili and Sicilian sea salt. Great for starters, bruschetta and sandwiches.
