Made exclusively from Nocellara Etnea variety olives hand-harvested from mid-October to mid-November in the central-eastern area of Sicily near the Mt. Etna volcano.
This medium-high intensity oil is wonderfully herbaceous with hints of fresh vegetable and a persistent bitter and pungent finish.
It is perfect for seafood appetizers, grilled vegetables, grilled cuttlefish and fresh goats cheeses.
