Made exclusively from Biancolilla variety olives hand-harvested from mid-October to mid-November in the area of Ribera e Caltabellotta in central-western Sicily.

This medium intensity has a floral aroma with hints of artichoke and a slightly bitter finish with pronounced spiciness.

Try this oil on vegetable soups, marinated fish, fish soup, beef carpaccio and raw vegetables.
