Produced from a blend of organic Coratina, Petit Ribier and Calian olives grown on the estate of Chateau de Montfrin, the oil is robust yet well balanced. On the nose the oil has strong almond and artichoke notes, with the right touch of bitterness and pungency on the palate. Pair it with foods with strong flavors like bitter greens, aged cheese and grilled meats.
